WORST, RUDE STAFF EVER

Never ever!! I got very disappointed from the staff, two ladies very rude, impolite, not professional. I booked a room two months ago, I arrive today at 8.30 am, I say hello I have a reservation. They didn't even say hello, didn't ask my name, just, still sitting, told me " The room will be ready at 2pm"!!, in 5 and a half hours!!! I said that I was traveling for 17 hours, I need a shower, I told them that I had sent an email with my arrival time at the hotel, that I never got an answer etc. There is nowhere written in their website that check in is after 2pm!!!They didn't even apologize. They told me that all hotels are the same. I left my suitcase, went next door, I, of course, found a super nice room, and I booked it. I lost some money of course, but there was no other solution!! I travel a lot in my life and this is the second hotel they treat me like that. Not polite, I repeat very rude, even ready for a fight I can say, honestly I m not exaggerating. Never again.

We enjoy this place. Quite unique inside. There lift also. Quiet street and clean Nice hotel. We recommed IT. Bayoke Tower and skutrain near. Easy to wall lumpini park and Big c . Quite sure we take thid hotel next trip again. Wifi working fine and free breakfeast and coffee to everyone

This boutique hotel is located a short walking distance from Ratchaprarop Station so commuting between Suvarnabhumi Airport takes close to an hour and fares are cheap, provided you can manage your luggage. Its also near to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Central World, Big C and many other establishments catered to tourist. The Superior Room I stayed in came with a King sized bed which had a firm mattress for spinal support but the pillows were too soft for me. Air-conditioning was cool and quiet while the toilet and bathroom had good water flow rates. These factors are important in freshening up and to sleep for the night after spending a hot and humid day in Bangkok. The room's door uses a knob and key so be sure to manually lock it before leaving. If all you is just need a room near an airport rail station with big retail shops, various types of parlors and cafes within short walking distance, Chang Siam Inn will do.

We paid slightly extra for the superior room after reading some bad reviews about windowless rooms. The room we had was nice, it had a TV, seating area and was very clean. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant, keep in mind English isn’t their first language and it can be difficult but they were always willing to try and help. The complimentary breakfast was tea, coffee, juice and toast with butter and jam. It finished at 10:30 which we really liked because we never usually manage to catch breakfast. The location was good, not right in the main craziness but a walk away. There were plenty of taxis and tuk tuks around if you don’t fancy the walk. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent 3 nights in a standard room with no window. The experience was just okay. Not bad but not very good either. The location is great if you are using the airport link to go to/from the airport. It’s also only a 15min walk to the central canal pier and Central World mall. Very convenient for using public transportation. There is a 7-eleven a block away. There are some restaurants (mostly Indian) within a couple blocks radius as well. The hotel has an interesting vibe with its wood paneling and unique decor. The bed was comfortable. The AC & wifi worked well. The shower pressure and temperature were great. The hotel staff were not friendly or helpful. They seemed annoyed at having to perform even the most basic of tasks (checking in & checking out). No smiles or hellos. The constant pestering of the taxi driver right outside the door that refused to take a friendly “no thank you” as an answer was annoying. There was also some sort of construction going on during our stay. Loud hammering and drilling throughout the afternoon. One morning the hammering started at 4am. It didn’t last long, but the fact it started at all wasn’t appreciated. The sounds weren’t that bothersome, but it would have been nice if the staff informed guests that there would be construction happening. Overall, this hotel could be a good option if you want somewhere with easy access to the airport (via the airport link) while still being relatively close to busier areas of Bangkok. For the price we paid for a room without a window, and the lack of hospitality from the staff, I would not stay here again.
